Business Control Analyst

Responsibilities

• Support finance reporting, analytics, and automation initiatives using Power BI, dashboard technology, and AI-enabled solutions
• Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) and validation for new reporting and analytics tools
• Support month-end consolidation, financial reporting, variance analysis, forecasting, and budgeting
• Develop and maintain financial models, dashboards, and analytical tools for profitability and operational decision-making
• Serve as administrator for Hyperion Essbase, including maintenance, governance, and user support
• Act as a strategic business partner to internal and external stakeholders, providing data-driven insights and responding to requests
• Compile and analyze financial information and industry trends for senior management presentations

Requirements

• BS/BA in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field
• 2–5 years of experience in FP&A, business control, data analytics, or business intelligence
• Proficiency in Power BI, dashboard development, and data visualization tools
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong understanding of financial modeling and quantitative analysis
• Knowledge of finance concepts such as NPV, IRR, and loan amortization

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA, CPA, or CFA certification
• Experience with Hyperion Essbase administration and planning applications
• Familiarity with automation, AI-enabled tools, and finance transformation initiatives
• Experience working in multinational or financial services environments
