Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain Business Continuity Plan documents, including team procedures, BIA&RA, and key contact lists
• Provide local coordination and support for the Crisis Management Team (CMT)
• Act as CMT Deputy for localized major incidents
• Support business operations during IT maintenance windows, including participating in bridge calls
• Prepare all necessary documentation for internal and external audits
• Collect test reports and invoke tests for various teams
• Coordinate monthly updates with Global BCMS, ITS, and FM teams regarding site status, risks, and infrastructure

Requirements

• Strong analytical and reporting skills with high attention to detail
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Fluent in English
