About the role
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain Business Continuity Plan documents, including team procedures, BIA&RA, and key contact lists
- Provide local coordination and support for the Crisis Management Team (CMT)
- Act as CMT Deputy for localized major incidents
- Support business operations during IT maintenance windows, including participating in bridge calls
- Prepare all necessary documentation for internal and external audits
- Collect test reports and invoke tests for various teams
- Coordinate monthly updates with Global BCMS, ITS, and FM teams regarding site status, risks, and infrastructure
Requirements
- Strong analytical and reporting skills with high attention to detail
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Fluent in English
