Business Continuity Planning Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain enterprise-wide business continuity and disaster recovery strategies, policies, and frameworks
• Conduct risk assessments and business impact analyses to identify critical processes and potential vulnerabilities
• Design and implement continuity and recovery plans for key business functions to ensure regulatory compliance
• Coordinate and lead regular BCP drills, simulations, and scenario-based exercises across departments
• Collaborate with IT and Security teams to align disaster recovery strategies with infrastructure resilience
• Monitor and report on continuity readiness, providing actionable recommendations to senior management
• Train employees to embed a culture of resilience across the organization
• Continuously improve BCP frameworks by integrating lessons learned and emerging best practices

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of business continuity frameworks such as ISO 22301 or NIST
• Proven experience in risk management, crisis response, and disaster recovery planning
• Familiarity with financial services or technology environments, preferably in crypto or fintech
• Excellent skills in documentation, scenario-based planning, and stakeholder communication
• Ability to work cross-functionally with IT, compliance, and operations teams
• Proficiency in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience working in large-scale financial institutions or cryptocurrency exchanges
• Hands-on experience with incident response and resilience testing
• Professional certifications such as CBCP, ISO 22301 Lead Implementer, or DRII credentials
