Business Continuity & Operational Resiliency, Assistant Vice President

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and execution of Business Continuity and Operational Resiliency programs across assigned business areas.
• Develop, maintain, and conduct annual reviews of Business Impact Assessments (BIAs) and Business Continuity Plans (BCPs).
• Coordinate and execute continuity tests, including call trees, work-from-home, and scenario-based exercises.
• Document testing results, identify gaps, and track remediation actions for management review.
• Support incident response activities during business or technology disruptions, including status reporting and post-incident reviews.
• Identify and escalate resiliency risks and support audits, risk reviews, and regulatory inquiries.
• Act as a continuity point of contact for business stakeholders and coordinate with Technology and Facilities teams.

Requirements

• Experience in Business Continuity, Operational Resilience, Risk, or Operations.
• Strong organizational, documentation, and coordination skills.
• Ability to operate effectively during time-critical situations.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within a regulated financial services environment.
• Familiarity with Archer IRM or similar enterprise resiliency tools.
