Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery Lead

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the enterprise BCDR and DR Automation strategy and roadmap.
• Establish standardized frameworks and methodologies for BCP, DR, and automation in compliance with ISO 22301, ISO 27001, and NIST.
• Lead Business Impact Analysis (BIA) and risk assessments to identify critical services and recovery priorities.
• Design and oversee the end-to-end DR automation lifecycle, including orchestration and workflow enhancement.
• Plan and lead DR testing activities, including dry runs, technical rehearsals, and full-scale live failover exercises.
• Coordinate across Application, Infrastructure, Network, Database, and Security teams to ensure alignment on DR priorities.
• Provide executive-level reporting on DR test results, risks, gaps, and remediation progress.

Requirements

• Strong expertise in BCDR strategy, planning, and execution.
• Hands-on experience with DR automation and orchestration platforms.
• Deep understanding of enterprise IT environments, including applications, infrastructure, cloud, and security.
• Proven experience conducting BIA, risk assessments, and recovery design.
• Strong stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications such as CBCP, ISO 22301 Lead Implementer/Auditor, or ITIL.
• Experience delivering large-scale enterprise BCDR and DR Automation programs.
