Business Continuity Analyst

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of Endava’s Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) in alignment with ISO 22301.
• Facilitate Business Impact Analyses (BIA), risk assessments, and the development of Business Continuity Plans (BCPs).
• Design and deliver business continuity awareness, exercising, and testing activities.
• Support the planning and execution of internal and external audits, including ISO 22301 certification activities.
• Perform business continuity risk assessments for critical suppliers and third parties.
• Monitor disaster recovery testing for critical IT services to ensure recovery objectives (RTO/RPO) are validated.
• Support post-incident reviews and track resilience improvement initiatives to closure.

Requirements

• Experience supporting the implementation and maintenance of a BCMS aligned with ISO 22301.
• Experience participating in internal or external audits as an auditor or subject matter expert.
• Strong understanding of IT resilience, disaster recovery principles, and resilient infrastructure architectures.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure resilience and recovery capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional, geographically distributed teams.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• ISO 22301 Auditor or Implementer certification.
• BCI certifications (e.g., CBCI, CBCM).
• ISACA certifications such as CRISC or CISA.
• Microsoft Azure certifications related to resilience or disaster recovery.
