Business Consulting Executive Director

Responsibilities

• Develop existing and net-new client relationships to drive profitable business growth using existing networks and go-to-market capabilities.
• Plan and oversee high-impact consulting projects for financial services clients, ensuring timely and successful delivery within budget.
• Support the Head of Consulting with the development of business strategy and new consulting service offerings.
• Represent DTCC Consulting externally at industry conferences, roundtables, and forums.
• Lead go-to-market and business development efforts, including the preparation of complex proposals.
• Mentor and guide team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure operational excellence and risk mitigation.

Requirements

• Minimum of 20 years of related consulting experience.
• At least 10 years of experience at a Director or Associate Partner level.
• Extensive experience within the Financial Services and Capital Markets sectors.
• Proven track record of P&L management and driving business growth.
• Demonstrated experience managing senior client relationships and building delivery pipelines.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing high-performing teams and complex projects.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
