Business Consultant

Responsibilities

• Sell vibration monitoring systems and rotating machine protection solutions to large industrial clients.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive sales growth.
• Elaborate and negotiate technical proposals, CAPEX projects, and commercial contracts.
• Manage the full sales funnel from prospecting to closing, including regular client visits.
• Develop quotations for rotating asset monitoring systems and service projects.
• Partner with internal teams to ensure effective solution delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through structured business planning.

Requirements

• Advanced knowledge of predictive maintenance and vibration analysis (offline, online, and protection).
• Deep understanding of the API 670 standard.
• Experience in reliability engineering, lubrication, and rotating asset monitoring products.
• Proven experience in commercial management and handling large industrial portfolios.
• Proficiency in English (Advanced level).
• Availability for frequent travel to client sites across Brazil, with a focus on the Southeast region.
• Familiarity with bidding processes and competitive proposal development.
