About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the corporate Balanced Scorecard framework
- Work with all departments to define and cascade KPIs and OKRs aligned with corporate priorities
- Ensure each KPI has a clear definition, owner, target, baseline, data source, and reporting frequency
- Support departments in shifting from activity-based reporting to outcome-based reporting
- Develop the corporate scorecard and CEO dashboard
- Prepare monthly and quarterly performance reports for leadership review
- Establish KPI governance, reporting templates, and performance review rhythms
- Align performance reporting with PMO updates, risks, and strategic initiatives
Requirements
- 7–12 years of experience in performance management, strategy execution, corporate planning, or consulting
- Proven experience in Balanced Scorecard implementation, KPI design, and dashboarding
- Strong experience in executive reporting and working with senior stakeholders
- Advanced analytical, facilitation, PowerPoint, and Excel skills
- Bachelor's degree or higher diploma
