Business Consultant (m/w/d) Fokus Marketing und Sales

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic consulting in sales, marketing, recruiting, and process optimization.
• Develop concrete, actionable measures within ongoing projects and actively support their implementation.
• Manage client relationships, steer implementation, and ensure sustainable results by building competencies within client teams.
• Identify weaknesses and develop scalable solutions at the intersection of marketing, sales, and recruiting.
• Conduct practical training sessions for clients on relevant tools, methods, and platforms in online marketing, sales, and recruiting.
• Support the community platform by hosting sessions on leadership, sales, and marketing topics.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience implementing measures in marketing, sales, and/or recruiting.
• Strong communication and consulting skills with the ability to convey complex topics clearly.
• Analytical thinking with the ability to structure data and derive concrete actions from market and competitor analyses.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a solution-oriented manner.
• Proficiency with common tools in marketing, analysis, or CRM environments.
• A quick grasp of new industries, business models, and target groups to adapt strategies accordingly.
