Business Consultant

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical subject matter expert for ERP-integrated implementations within the Corpay Complete platform
• Lead and mentor a team of Business Consultants through consistent reviews, training, and coaching
• Build and configure integration connections between Corpay Complete and customer ERP systems (NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, Sage Intacct, etc.)
• Own integration testing and validation to ensure accurate data sync for purchase orders, invoices, and payments
• Act as a technical liaison between customers, project managers, and internal integrations teams
• Manage a portfolio of approximately 20 concurrent implementations from kickoff through go-live
• Contribute to process improvement projects and the development of integration documentation

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in implementations, client support, or customer-facing consulting
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, or Sage Intacct
• Working knowledge of REST APIs, webhooks, and data exchange concepts
• Strong understanding of Accounts Payable processes and financial workflows
• Bachelor's degree required, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously in a hybrid work environment

• Proficiency with project management tools and techniques
