Business Consultant

Responsibilities

• Conduct 4 to 6 Activation Consults per day, using live pricing calculators to build packages and close deals on the call.
• Manage the partner lifecycle from Day 0 to Day 30, providing strategic coaching to ensure healthy fulfilled order counts.
• Proactively source outbound pipeline through LinkedIn, professional networks, and conference follow-ups.
• Maintain rigorous pipeline hygiene by logging all consults and touchpoints in GoHighLevel within four hours.
• Participate in weekly deal reviews and provide regular feedback on consult performance and objection handling.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in consultative closing or high-ticket B2B sales.
• Proven track record of hitting a personal quota of $80K+ OTE.
• Proficiency in business math, including margin, package math, and partner ROI.
• Experience using GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms.
• Ability to work onsite five days a week at our headquarters in Plano, Texas.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in health, wellness, GLP-1, telehealth, or pharmacy sales.
• Experience selling specifically to gym owners, med spas, or wellness practitioners.
• Previous experience in a coaching or consulting capacity (e.g., fitness, nutrition, or business).
