Business Consultant – AI Solutions

Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize Generative AI and Agentic AI use cases across customer, operations, risk, and compliance functions in Financial Services
• Lead discovery sessions, interviews, and workshops with business stakeholders to identify pain points and transformation opportunities
• Define business requirements, success metrics, value levers, and high-level target processes for AI-enabled initiatives
• Build business cases and implementation roadmaps that balance value, feasibility, risk, and regulatory considerations
• Collaborate with technology, architecture, data, legal, and risk teams to shape solutions suitable for regulated environments
• Work with development and testing teams to ensure business requirements are effectively translated into implemented changes

Requirements

• Experience assessing business needs, documenting requirements, and shaping business solutions
• Strong knowledge of Generative AI and Agentic AI concepts and their business applications
• Proven ability to build business cases and define value levers and success measures
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence decision-making and align multiple teams
• Analytical problem-solving skills with clear and structured communication
• Ability to lead day-to-day work within a team and take ownership of workstream decisions

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience delivering GenAI or Agentic AI initiatives within financial services or other regulated industries
• Experience supporting end-to-end transformation from discovery and design through implementation and adoption
• Experience facilitating workshops with senior stakeholders to shape priorities and target operating models
