Business & Commerce Teacher

Responsibilities

• Deliver inspiring live online lessons in Business Studies and Commerce
• Design personalised learning experiences for Years 9-12 students
• Build trust-based relationships with students in a virtual environment
• Support student progress through differentiated instruction
• Provide formative and summative assessments aligned to curriculum goals
• Collaborate with the curriculum team and report to parents and caregivers

Requirements

• NZ Teaching Registration
• Teaching qualification and subject expertise in Business or Commerce
• Strong knowledge of NCEA curriculum (Levels 2-3)
• Excellent communication skills and comfort with digital technology

Preferred Qualifications

• IGCSE teaching experience
• Online or blended learning experience
• Familiarity with educational technology and AI platforms
