Business Client Advisor - SME

Responsibilities

• Actively establish and maintain relationships with SME segment business clients
• Analyze clients' financial needs and provide expert advisory on banking services
• Execute sales plans and meet qualitative performance targets
• Manage a portfolio of business clients, monitoring their financial status to adapt product offerings to their growth and changing requirements
• Manage operational risk by adhering to banking regulations and internal procedures
• Represent the bank as a professional business partner and build a reputation as a trusted advisor

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in SME business banking
• Practical knowledge of banking products and services with the ability to tailor solutions to business needs
• Strong sales skills with a proven track record of results
• High level of customer orientation, communication skills, and ability to build lasting relationships
• Fluency in English for professional communication
• Openness to new technologies and high professional ethics
