Business Clerk

Responsibilities

• Manage the workflow of subcontract invoices and ensure all required documents meet contract payment conditions.
• Communicate and resolve invoice issues with vendors, procurement teams, and other project stakeholders.
• Collaborate with home office compliance teams to process payments accurately and efficiently.
• Submit monthly reports regarding contract invoice statuses to upper management.
• Enter invoice accruals during month-end processes and complete cost moves as needed.
• Process Non-PO invoices and follow all company procedures and internal controls.
• Identify and communicate opportunities for process improvements to increase departmental efficiency.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience supporting accounts payable or other accounting functions in a professional environment.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel is required.
• Strong analytical, math, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work with a high degree of accuracy in a high-volume environment with minimal supervision.
• Excellent customer service and collaboration skills.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience using SAP.
