About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage business center activities and provide administrative support to the Country Manager and Government Relations Manager
  • Provide administrative assistance including document preparation, data entry, and file management
  • Schedule office meetings, manage calendar invitations, and distribute online meeting links
  • Assist in preparing and emailing project proposals and agreements to clients
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and office contact information updates
  • Liaise with suppliers, maintenance teams, and relevant government departments
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM and filing systems
  • Ensure excellent customer service and handle client complaints professionally
  • Monitor and report facility-related issues promptly

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in a business center, coworking space, or reception role
  • Proven experience managing 3 or more meeting rooms simultaneously
  • Experience working with corporate or executive clients
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace
  • Familiarity with CRM and booking software
  • Ability to handle client complaints and manage multiple tasks in a time-sensitive manner
  • Availability for full-time work with flexibility for early mornings and late evenings
