About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage business center activities and provide administrative support to the Country Manager and Government Relations Manager
- Provide administrative assistance including document preparation, data entry, and file management
- Schedule office meetings, manage calendar invitations, and distribute online meeting links
- Assist in preparing and emailing project proposals and agreements to clients
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and office contact information updates
- Liaise with suppliers, maintenance teams, and relevant government departments
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM and filing systems
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle client complaints professionally
- Monitor and report facility-related issues promptly
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in a business center, coworking space, or reception role
- Proven experience managing 3 or more meeting rooms simultaneously
- Experience working with corporate or executive clients
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace
- Familiarity with CRM and booking software
- Ability to handle client complaints and manage multiple tasks in a time-sensitive manner
- Availability for full-time work with flexibility for early mornings and late evenings
