Business Care Partner

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for distributors within the supply chain, managing the complete order cycle from validation to dispute resolution.
• Ensure daily processing, integration, and unblocking of all received orders.
• Coordinate shipments and generate necessary export documentation.
• Resolve customer disputes regarding claims, deliveries, deductions, returns, and pricing in coordination with commerce and pricing teams.
• Communicate proactively with sales teams regarding customer-specific issues and disruptions.
• Propose process improvements, simplifications, and automations to increase efficiency.
• Maintain compliance with all internal procedures and financial entry rules.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Operational English proficiency.
• Proficiency in SAP (knowledge of CFIN is a plus).
• Strong Excel skills, including basic formulas and pivot tables.
• Solid understanding of supply chain fundamentals.
• Knowledge of Incoterms and export documentation requirements.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage diverse tasks under pressure.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
