Business Capability Lead – Engineering & Manufacturing

About the Company

Humanoid is on a mission to build the world’s most capable, commercially-scalable, and safe humanoid robots. Their HMND-01 Alpha platform is already running in real industrial pilots.

Responsibilities

• Drive day-to-day execution of capability development across Engineering & Manufacturing
• Develop end-to-end capabilities across the product lifecycle including design, configuration, and manufacturing planning
• Conduct capability mapping and gap analysis to align with business goals and product roadmaps
• Define and optimize engineering and manufacturing processes (as-is and to-be)
• Translate business needs into system and tooling requirements for PLM, ERP, and Requirements Management
• Establish performance metrics (KPIs) and governance mechanisms to track progress and ensure quality
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement across the organization

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in business analysis, process engineering, or transformation in a technical environment
• Strong understanding of engineering and manufacturing product lifecycle processes
• Experience with PLM, ERP, and Requirements Management tools
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence
• Proficiency in process modeling (BPMN, flow diagrams)
• Strong analytical and cross-functional stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Teamcenter, SAP, or similar platforms
• Background in hardware, robotics, or manufacturing environments
• Familiarity with CMMI, ASPICE, or APQP frameworks
• Experience with automation or AI-driven tools
• Experience in a startup or fast-scaling environment
