Business Banking Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate (PJ) clients through consultative financial solutions
• Conduct a 100% external routine involving regular field visits to clients
• Expand the client base, specifically targeting companies with annual revenues between R$500k and R$10M
• Perform portfolio risk management to ensure business quality and sustainable growth
• Provide excellent, personalized customer service to ensure high satisfaction levels

Requirements

• CPA-10 (ANBIMA) certification is required
• Completed university degree
• Proven experience in managing corporate (PJ) client portfolios
• Experience working with credit products
• Strong commercial, negotiation, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• CPA-20 certification
• Post-graduate degree
• Experience managing clients with revenues up to R$10M
