Business Banking Specialist (Líder B1)

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a corporate client portfolio (Pessoa Jurídica), ensuring close relationships and consultative financial solutions.
• Conduct a 100% external routine involving field visits to clients.
• Expand the client base, focusing on companies with annual revenues between R$500k and R$10M.
• Perform portfolio risk management to ensure quality and sustainable business growth.
• Deliver excellent, personalized customer service to ensure high satisfaction levels.

Requirements

• CPA-10 (ANBIMA) certification is required.
• Completed undergraduate degree.
• Proven experience managing corporate (PJ) client portfolios.
• Experience working with credit products.
• Strong commercial and negotiation skills with excellent oral and written communication.

Preferred Qualifications

• CPA-20 certification.
• Postgraduate degree.
• Experience managing clients with revenues up to R$10M.
