Business Banking Specialist B1

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate (PJ) clients by providing consultative financial solutions.
• Conduct a 100% external routine involving regular client visits.
• Expand the client base, specifically targeting companies with annual revenues between R$500k and R$10M.
• Manage portfolio risks to ensure business quality and sustainable growth.
• Deliver excellent, personalized customer service to ensure high satisfaction levels.

Requirements

• CPA-10 (ANBIMA) certification is required.
• Completed university degree.
• Proven experience managing corporate (PJ) client portfolios.
• Experience working with credit products.
• Strong oral and written communication skills, empathy, and relationship-building abilities.
• Strong commercial and negotiation skills.
• High level of discipline in executing established business models.

Preferred Qualifications

• CPA-20 certification.
• Post-graduate degree.
• Experience managing clients with revenues up to R$10M.
