Business Banker

Responsibilities

• Acquire and manage a portfolio of business banking relationships, serving as the primary contact for borrowing needs up to $5MM.
• Achieve individual and team financial, production, and relationship results relative to assigned metrics and goals.
• Develop and maintain an active prospect list, customer outreach plan, and quality referral sources to drive profitability.
• Engage with customers, prospects, and referral sources through proactive outreach and community involvement.
• Provide financial guidance and expertise to help business owners meet their financial goals.
• Comply with all regulations, bank policies, and procedures to manage credit, operational, and regulatory risk.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in commercial/business lending, credit, or business development OR High School Diploma/GED and 8 years of experience in the same fields.
• Proven expertise in financial analysis and credit underwriting.
• Strong skills in sales planning, forecasting, and business development.
• Knowledge of business lending, deposit solutions, and cash management.
• Must possess a valid driver's license for frequent travel to client sites and other offices.
