Business Banker

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual and team financial, production, and relationship results relative to assigned metrics
• Acquire and manage a portfolio of business banking relationships
• Act as the primary contact for borrowing needs up to $5MM
• Engage customers, prospects, and referral sources through proactive outreach
• Represent the Bank in the community by participating in civic and community events
• Comply with all regulations, bank policies, and procedures to manage credit and operational risk
• Perform general office management duties to ensure operational efficiency

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in Commercial or business lending, credit, or business development
• OR High School Diploma/GED and 8 years of experience in Commercial or business lending, credit, or business development
• Valid driver's license for frequent travel to offices and customers
• Proficiency in financial analysis and credit underwriting
• Knowledge of business lending, deposit, and cash management solutions
• Experience in business development and networking
