About the role
Responsibilities
- Conduct process analysis and map "as-is" and "to-be" workflows
- Identify and prioritise automation opportunities based on business impact
- Develop and deploy AI agents with Copilot and low-code/no-code solutions
- Build prototypes and wireframes to translate stakeholder needs into actionable solutions
- Track and report efficiency gains and performance metrics
- Support change management, including communication, training and adoption of new tools
Requirements
- Proven experience in process automation and workflow optimisation
- Hands-on experience building Microsoft Copilot agents
- Proficiency in Power Automate and Power Apps
- Experience with scripting languages such as Python or R
- Strong analytical skills with experience in SQL and Power BI
- Ability to translate operational needs into data-driven solutions
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in automating customer care workflows or high-volume operational processes
