Business Automation Analyst

Responsibilities

• Partner with business and IT stakeholders to identify, design, and implement automation opportunities.
• Analyze current business processes with SMEs to identify areas for RPA improvement.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions using Automation Anywhere and related tools.
• Document current and future state processes, including detailed process maps and requirements.
• Monitor, maintain, and optimize deployed bots to ensure performance and reliability.
• Provide training and support to end-users and business stakeholders on automated solutions.
• Track and report on automation project status, benefits realization, and ROI.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in business process analysis, automation, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with RPA platforms (Automation Anywhere preferred; UiPath or Blue Prism considered).
• Proficiency in process mapping and documentation tools such as Visio.
• Understanding of basic scripting or logic-based automation (e.g., Python, VBScript).
• Familiarity with business process improvement methodologies like Lean or Six Sigma.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for working in cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Automation Anywhere certification (e.g., Advanced RPA Professional).
• Experience integrating RPA with ERP, CRM, or workflow management systems.
• Familiarity with SQL, database querying, or business intelligence tools like Power BI.
• Exposure to cloud-based automation solutions.
• Project management experience or certification.
