Business Associate, Projects & Financial Analysis GSM

Responsibilities

• Develop financial models for new school opportunities to test viability and ensure target financial thresholds are met
• Conduct market intelligence, including industry trend analysis, competitor benchmarking, and regulatory change assessments
• Perform market feasibility studies and develop sales projections to support new market entry and penetration
• Manage the business development pipeline by qualifying leads and tracking progress through the sales funnel via CRM
• Support the Partnerships team with the preparation of compelling proposals, presentations, and marketing materials
• Coordinate project management functions, including the development of project tools and Gantt charts during client onboarding
• Prepare Investment Committee Packs and regular reports on growth, new opportunities, and pipeline health for senior management

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field
• Professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CFA, or CPA
• 5+ years of post-qualification experience in financial modelling and report writing
• Proven experience in conducting market research and competitor analysis
• Strong project management skills, including experience creating bespoke Gantt charts
• Proficiency in CRM systems and executive reporting

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP certification
• Experience working within the education, public-private partnerships, real estate development, or impact sectors
• Experience working across international markets
