Business Associate - Founder's Office

Responsibilities

• Lead project meetings across functions, including agenda preparation, progress tracking, and risk identification.
• Manage weekly leadership review meetings, tracking action items and ensuring accountability.
• Maintain an organized operating rhythm to enable smooth information flow between product, engineering, marketing, and revenue teams.
• Prepare concise executive summaries for the Founder highlighting performance trends and strategic priorities.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align stakeholders on shared objectives.
• Track project progress using structured documentation and proactively resolve bottlenecks.
• Support strategic initiatives through research, customer insight synthesis, and competitive intelligence.

Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of experience in business operations, consulting, or program management.
• Undergraduate degree in Science, Economics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets, project tracking tools, and structured documentation.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics.
• Ability to work in a high-velocity environment with high ownership and minimal direction.
