Business Architect

Responsibilities

• Develop a business architecture strategy based on agency needs
• Align strategic goals with court functions and key initiatives
• Conduct assessments of current court operations to identify optimization opportunities
• Design and model future-state business processes
• Translate business requirements into scalable technology-enabled solutions
• Lead the development of business cases to justify proposed initiatives
• Collaborate with judges, court administrators, and IT personnel to build consensus
• Establish and enforce business architecture standards and methodologies

Requirements

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in business process modelling tools and techniques
• Understanding of enterprise architecture principles
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business architecture or business analysis
• Experience within a government or legal context
• Proven experience leading change initiatives and developing business cases
• Familiarity with federal, state, or local government system operations
