Business Architect & Org Design Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead complex consulting engagements and major workstreams from scoping through delivery
• Design and apply methodologies for operating model development, governance, and service transformation
• Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and act as a day-to-day advisor
• Translate complex analysis into concise, decision-ready recommendations and executive-level materials
• Facilitate workshops to align stakeholders around priorities, trade-offs, and implementation choices
• Manage project scope, risk, quality, and commercial performance
• Lead business development by identifying follow-on opportunities and contributing to proposals
• Coach and mentor consultants on structuring, analysis, and client delivery

Requirements

• Strong experience in management consulting, advisory, transformation, or in-house strategy roles
• Proven ability to lead teams through complex, ambiguous problems and deliver high-quality work
• Experience developing target operating models, capability maps, and governance structures
• Strong executive communication skills with the ability to build compelling storylines from data
• Experience managing senior stakeholders and influencing decisions in client environments
• Strong commercial judgement regarding scoping work and managing delivery risk
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience

• Postgraduate qualification or relevant professional certification
