About the role
Responsibilities
- Model business capabilities to support strategic goals and identify efficiency gaps
- Analyze and optimize end-to-end business processes and workflows
- Elicit and prioritize business requirements and translate them into IT specifications
- Map customer journeys to identify pain points and design customer-centric solutions
- Align business architecture with IT architecture and maintain architectural artifacts
- Participate in enterprise architecture governance processes
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 6-10 years of experience as an Enterprise Architect
- Proven experience establishing EA Offices and obtaining Saudi DGA certification
- Advanced understanding of TOGAF and NORA frameworks
- TOGAF Certification
- Fluency in Arabic
- Hands-on experience with Business, Application, Data, and Technology architectures
- Knowledge of cloud computing, microservices, API design, and security architecture
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or advanced degree
- Experience in change management methodologies
- Familiarity with industry regulations in finance, healthcare, or government sectors
