Business Architect

Responsibilities

• Translate business strategy, operating models and processes into business architecture artifacts
• Develop and maintain business architecture frameworks to support long-term goals
• Collaborate with business units to identify needs and develop aligned solutions
• Analyze and document current business processes to identify improvement opportunities
• Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements
• Work closely with IT teams to ensure technology solutions support business strategies
• Monitor industry trends and best practices to ensure architecture relevance

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 12 years of experience in business architecture or business analysis
• Strong understanding of business process modeling and improvement techniques
• Proven experience in stakeholder management and clear communication
• Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks like TOGAF or Zachman is an advantage
• Experience working with cross-functional teams
• Fluency in English; Arabic knowledge is an advantage
