Business Applications Technology Analyst

Responsibilities

• Provide technical administration and implementation for business applications, with a primary focus on SAP S4/HANA.
• Manage and coordinate all aspects of assigned projects to ensure proper design and solution delivery.
• Define, design, and implement infrastructure and application solutions while participating in enterprise architecture planning.
• Prepare Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for day-to-day maintenance of applications and underlying systems.
• Ensure system stability through adequate monitoring, Service-Now incident management, and root cause investigations.
• Implement proper backup and retention policies to minimize data loss and ensure business continuity.
• Propose system enhancements, including software and hardware updates, to improve performance and reliability.
• Ensure all systems comply with security and regulatory requirements.
• Adhere to ITIL practices and maintain service level agreements (SLAs) with business stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience and training).
• 4 years of related experience in business application technology.
• Advanced functional and technical skills.
• Thorough knowledge of ITIL practices and processes.
• Ability to manage multiple functional technologies and understand their connections within a site environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Direct experience with SAP S4/HANA.
• Experience with process management and people leadership.
