About the role
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to document requirements and translate them into digital solutions
- Develop, configure, customize, and maintain core digital solutions
- Provide support, training, and guidance for applications including BI/DWH, CRM, POS, and ERP
- Create and manage reports and dashboards in MicroStrategy and Qlikview
- Manage integrations between digital solutions and act as primary contact for application issues
- Implement and coordinate international projects and technical implementations
- Ensure data accuracy, protection, and quality checks
Requirements
- University degree in CS or IT
- 2-3 years of experience working on digital platforms
- In-depth knowledge of retail business and processes
- Proficiency in SQL and PLSQL
- Experience with databases such as Oracle, Teradata, or GCP
- Knowledge of CRM, POS, and ERP (SAP Financials/Invoices modules)
- Experience with BI development, metadata, reports, and dashboards
