Business Applications Engineer

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day Workday administration including security management, business process configuration, EIB loading, and tenant management
• Serve as primary owner for integrations in and out of Workday, including Greenhouse, GL, and benefits vendors
• Lead biannual Workday release management, including regression testing and feature adoption assessment
• Translate stakeholder needs from HR, Payroll, and IT into technical system solutions
• Build and maintain documentation for business processes, security configurations, and integration specs
• Drive Workday self-service adoption through targeted training
• Conduct regular data integrity audits to maintain Workday as the single source of truth

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, HR, Computer Science, Business, or equivalent experience
• 5–8 years of post-implementation Workday administration experience
• Hands-on expertise in Workday Core HCM
• Experience with EIB, Report Writer, Calculated Fields, and Business Process Framework
• Strong stakeholder management and requirement gathering skills
• Ability to travel up to 15%

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with additional modules such as Benefits, Compensation, Recruiting, Payroll, Absence, or Time Tracking
• Workday Studio experience
• Workday Pro Certification
