Business Application Analyst II - Master Data

Responsibilities

• Deploy data governance rules and reconcile discrepancies to maintain information quality
• Organize and delegate daily requests for material master, purchasing info records, source lists, BOMs, and sales status
• Develop basic Winshuttle Studio transaction and query scripts
• Create audit reports using Winshuttle query or SE16
• Identify and optimize manual processes through automation
• Maintain QM inspection setups in SAP
• Provide training for new Master Data Team members and SAP users
• Document all Master Data processes and data governance directives

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience with ERP, specifically SAP material master, data consolidation, and workflows
• Experience with relational databases and MDM best practices
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Professional English proficiency with strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience using project management tools like JIRA or Trello

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of SQL and Python
• Knowledge of FMIC-branded product lines
