Business and Project Analyst

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary projects from conception to implementation, creating structured solutions for complex problems.
• Act as the PMO lead for the area, managing the initiative roadmap, tracking deliveries, and managing dependencies.
• Develop and monitor numerical governance indicators to provide performance visibility for the business model.
• Generate data-driven insights and practical recommendations for leadership based on database analysis.
• Build reports, dashboards, and monitoring tools to provide operational visibility.
• Conduct planning routines and recurring processes to ensure execution rhythm and alignment across teams.
• Collaborate with commercial, legal, and operations teams to identify bottlenecks and implement improvements.

Requirements

• Proven experience in business analysis, projects, or strategy within medium to high-complexity environments.
• Strong analytical capacity with the ability to work with databases, interpret numbers, and present clear insights.
• A "builder" mindset: comfortable with ambiguity and capable of creating processes from scratch.
• Experience in project management or PMO, including roadmap control and deadline management.
• Excellent communication skills to influence stakeholders across different functional areas.
• High level of organization and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently without micro-management.
