Business and Process Specialist

Responsibilities

• Map, document, and transform processes using BPMN and Lean Six Sigma methodologies
• Identify optimization opportunities and propose solutions aligned with business needs
• Structure and document business rules and system flows for technical and business areas
• Manage initiative portfolios, prioritize strategic projects, and monitor performance indicators
• Apply global project management and continuous improvement methods
• Plan, execute, and implement solutions in conjunction with business areas
• Prepare and present structured information to working groups and Executive Board
• Share knowledge and best practices to promote collaboration between teams

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Technology, or related fields
• Solid experience in process mapping using BPMN and business rule documentation
• Ability to understand and document complex business processes
• Knowledge of management and continuous improvement practices: PMI, Scrum, Agile, ITIL, Lean, and Six Sigma
• Experience with PowerApps, SharePoint, and Bizagi
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
• Desirable knowledge of SQL, VBA, and Python
• Experience or knowledge in the financial/banking market is a plus
