Business and Management Support

Responsibilities

• Provide management support, reporting, and business analytics to the Head of TPU Sales & Market Development APAC to assist in business steering and performance management.
• Oversee and manage APAC EVOLVE initiatives to ensure delivery of financial targets and timely completion of milestones.
• Serve as a project office for regional initiatives including Commercial Excellence, channel management, and country strategy reviews.
• Support digital transformation by integrating AI and digital tools (e.g., C4C, CIA, CoVA) into business steering and daily commercial operations.
• Prepare business metrics, reports, and dashboards to support performance reviews and ensure effective execution of the sales plan.
• Compile and audit subregional inputs for monthly forecasts, quarterly financial planning, and long-term projections.
• Monitor and analyze deviations against budget regarding volume, margin, and working capital.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of practical business experience in consultancy, project management, business analytics, or controlling.
• Business or relevant degree (MBA, M.Sc., or M.Eng. highly preferred).
• Operating knowledge and experience with SAP (BW, COSMOS, C4C) for data mining.
• Strong analytical and statistical skills with the ability to use matrices, charts, and tables effectively.
• Excellent interpersonal and coordination skills for managing projects in cross-functional and cross-country environments.
• Proven ability to prepare high-level presentations and reports for senior management.
• Fluency in both oral and written English and Chinese.
