About the Company

Smith Engineering Hyperloop (formerly Queen's Hyperloop Design Team) is an internationally acclaimed student team that seeks to innovate the future of green transportation. The team consists of Technical, Research and Development, Business and Logistics, and Tunneling and Boring branches.

Responsibilities

• Manage operational, financial, and administrative activities of the design team
• Oversee budgeting, sponsorship, fundraising, and procurement
• Coordinate competition logistics, travel planning, and inventory management
• Maintain relationships with sponsors and external partners
• Support event planning and outreach initiatives
• Ensure effective communication between technical and non-technical branches
• Manage project timelines related to team operations and organizational documentation
