Business and Financial Analyst

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation of cost proposals and develop pricing strategies
• Conduct profitability analyses for fixed-price and fixed-labor rate proposals
• Monitor project budgets using TM1 and analyze budget forecasts
• Lead quarterly forecasting cycles for assigned programs and indirect budgets
• Prepare monthly financial reports and contribute to company-wide reporting
• Collaborate with Program Managers and HR to optimize personnel utilization
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and financial operations
• Lead small teams on lower-complexity project activities and mentor junior staff

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• 2+ years of relevant experience or equivalent work experience
• Proficiency in financial principles and concepts
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite
• Ability to obtain a Secret security clearance

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a government contracting environment or familiarity with DoD regulations
• Knowledge of cost proposal development and financial forecasting tools like TM1
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated ability to lead small teams
