Business and Financial Analyst

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial data and business performance metrics to support strategic planning and operational decision-making
• Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and dashboards to track KPIs across IT projects and business units
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess business cases, ROI, and cost-benefit analyses for new initiatives
• Monitor budget adherence, perform variance analysis, and recommend corrective actions
• Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to leadership
• Manage and handle GST, Income Tax, and Payroll processes
• Support pricing strategies, contract analysis, and vendor financial evaluations
• Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to automation and efficiency initiatives
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, financial policies, and regulatory standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in financial analysis
• Proven experience working within the IT or technology sector
• Strong expertise in GST, Income Tax, and Payroll
• Advanced financial modeling and forecasting skills
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of IT service delivery models, project costing, and resource utilization metrics
• Experience in business case development and strategic financial planning
• Familiarity with Agile/DevOps environments and their financial implications
