Business Analytics Senior Manager

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product, Software, UX, Data Science, and Finance teams to align on goals and quantify impact for key member touchpoints.
• Build and refine health-specific KPIs, including feature engagement, behavior adoption, and member-reported value.
• Uncover insights regarding key member segments, such as those managing hormonal or cardiometabolic health.
• Create repeatable analytics tools and processes, ranging from data pipelines to dashboards and weekly performance reviews.
• Drive the strategic analytic roadmap to provide action-oriented recommendations for the product team.
• Manage, mentor, and grow a team of analysts, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in a strategic or analytical role, partnering closely with product and development teams.
• Direct experience leading and developing a team, including mentoring junior analysts and driving large-scale projects.
• Advanced SQL skills and experience with ELT (dbt) and data warehousing (Snowflake).
• Expertise in data visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Hex.
• Proven experience running experiments and A/B testing.
• Strong storytelling and communication skills to influence senior stakeholders and leadership.
• Ability to act as a player-coach, moving between high-level strategy and hands-on data wrangling.
