Business Analytics Senior Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and develop a team of analysts, fostering a culture of high performance and intellectual rigor.
• Partner with Product, Software, Hardware, Algorithms, and UX teams to align on goals and quantify impact.
• Serve as the primary analytics partner across core product, hardware, and algorithmic workstreams.
• Generate and drive a strategic analytic roadmap to surface insights regarding member behavior and product performance.
• Build and refine KPIs for engagement, retention, feature adoption, and hardware performance.
• Design and oversee experimentation, including A/B testing and causal inference, to measure product success.
• Create repeatable tools and processes for analytics at scale, from data pipelines to reporting solutions.
• Provide thought leadership to senior stakeholders, delivering recommendations that influence product roadmaps.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in a strategic or analytical role, partnering closely with product and development teams.
• Direct experience leading and developing a team of analysts and mentoring team members.
• Proven ability to act as a "player-coach," moving from high-level business questions to hands-on data wrangling and modeling.
• Advanced SQL skills and experience with ELT (dbt) and data warehousing (Snowflake).
• Expertise in data visualization tools such as Looker, Hex, or Tableau.
• Experience designing and running experiments using A/B testing and causal inference.
• Strong storytelling and communication skills to influence senior leadership.
