Business Analytics Project Lead

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end delivery of business analytics and digital transformation projects to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Track project progress, timelines, risks, and dependencies to drive successful execution and on-time delivery.
• Gather, document, and validate business requirements, translating them into actionable deliverables for technical teams.
• Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure clear communication and stakeholder alignment.
• Analyze data to identify business issues, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Support the development of dashboards, reports, and analytical models in collaboration with data scientists and IT teams.
• Identify process inefficiencies and support digital transformation initiatives through new tools, platforms, and change management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in business analytics, project coordination, or similar roles.
• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Tableau, and Microsoft SQL.
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with data models and understanding business processes.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
