Business Analytics Project Lead

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end delivery of business analytics and digital transformation projects by tracking progress, timelines, risks, and dependencies.
• Develop project plans, milestones, and status updates for key stakeholders.
• Gather, document, and validate business requirements and translate them into actionable technical deliverables.
• Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure clear communication and alignment.
• Analyze data to identify business issues, opportunities, and areas for process improvement.
• Support the development and validation of dashboards, reports, and analytical models.
• Collaborate with data scientists and IT teams to implement data-driven solutions.
• Identify and prioritize digital transformation opportunities and automation possibilities across business units.
• Maintain project documentation, including workflows, requirements, and solution designs.
• Support testing, validation, and quality assurance of implemented solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 0-3 years of experience in business analytics, project coordination, or a related role.
• Proficiency in tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or Microsoft SQL.
• Understanding of basic data models and business processes.
• Strong organizational and project coordination abilities with the capacity to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication skills to translate business needs into technical requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous exposure to data analytics, reporting tools, or formal project management work.
• Familiarity with business processes across finance, sales, and product domains.
