Business Analytics Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of business analysts
• Manage the analytics project roadmap and prioritize tasks based on business impact
• Collaborate with senior leadership to identify key business questions and analytical needs
• Act as a strategic advisor by translating complex data into actionable recommendations
• Oversee the design and execution of complex analyses regarding customer behavior and operational efficiency
• Develop, monitor, and maintain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and business dashboards
• Champion advanced analytical techniques including segmentation, forecasting, and A/B testing
• Standardize and automate reporting processes to ensure consistency and accuracy
• Partner with Data Engineering and IT teams to ensure data integrity and improve data models
• Build robust data infrastructure to enable near real-time reporting

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or Engineering
• Master's degree (MBA or M.S. in Analytics, Data Science, or related field)
• 5+ years of experience in business analytics or data analysis
• At least 2 years in a managerial position
• Proficiency in SQL, R, Python, Tableau, or Power BI
• Experience with statistical programming (Pandas, Scikit-learn)
• Familiarity with cloud data platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Proven track record of influencing business outcomes through data-driven insights

• Experience in the e-commerce or tech industry
