About the role

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Lifecycle Marketing leadership to define communication strategies that drive retention, engagement, and monetization.
  • Build analytical frameworks that connect marketing efforts to measurable business outcomes and strategic decision-making.
  • Evolve and scale experimentation frameworks, bringing structure and consistency to A/B testing and causal inference.
  • Leverage emerging AI capabilities to improve targeting, personalization, and insight generation.
  • Establish efficient ways of working between the Analytics and Lifecycle Marketing teams.
  • Act as a thought partner to senior leadership, providing clarity on complex and ambiguous problems.
  • Lead and develop a team of analysts, maintaining a high bar for analytical rigor and business impact.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in Lifecycle Marketing Analytics, Growth Analytics, Product Analytics, or a similar role.
  • Experience working within a subscription, DTC, or consumer tech business model.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and interpret experiments, including A/B testing and causal inference.
  • Advanced SQL proficiency.
  • Proven track record of influencing strategy through data and partnering with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate insights to executive leadership.
  • A player-coach mindset, comfortable with both high-level strategy and hands-on technical work.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with data environments such as Snowflake or dbt.
  • Strong intuition for customer behavior and lifecycle dynamics.
