Business Analytics Lead

Responsibilities

• Own the entire analytics value delivery for the Merchant Business Unit through a team of analysts
• Design team structure, hiring, and capability building for the analytics function
• Collaborate with business and product functions to translate business problems into analytical statements
• Drive business actions and product decisions by generating insights from data
• Influence stakeholders across various functions to drive data-driven decision making
• Act as an integral part of the pod strategy

Requirements

• Minimum 7+ years of analytics experience
• At least 2 years in a Product Analytics role
• Experience leading an analytics team as a people manager
• Proficiency in SQL for large scale data analysis
• Experience with data modeling and managing ETL at scale
• Understanding of dashboarding principles

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in FinTech, merchant payments, or B2B platforms
• Experience with QlikSense
• Statistical modeling experience using Python or R
