Business Analytics Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of analysts to drive business outcomes and growth
• Own the end-to-end analytics function including team structure and hiring
• Partner with business and product leaders to translate challenges into analytical problem statements
• Empower teams to generate unbiased analyses that influence product roadmaps
• Champion a data-driven culture and drive cross-functional initiatives
• Act as a strategic partner to co-create the business roadmap

Requirements

• 7+ years of relevant analytics experience
• Minimum 2 years in a Product Analytics role
• Proven experience managing and developing a team
• Deep proficiency in SQL and handling large-scale data
• Data modeling and ETL process management skills
• Experience with dashboarding principles
• Background in FinTech, payments, or financial services

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with QlikSense
• Statistical modeling experience using Python or R
